The following is from the Utah Rails Website:Donated during 1985 to Steamtown USA, Scranton, Pa.; ownership of unit returned to UP in December 1988 following takeover of Steamtown by National Park Service (UP 6938 never left UP property); stored at North Little Rock, Ark., until cosmetically restored and placed on display at Jenks Shops, North Little Rock, Ark., in November 1989. |
