This car, acquired from B&O in 1968 for parlor car service, is the former NAPANEE, which operated on B&O's Capitol LImited and Ambassador trains. Today this car, privately owned, is sitting semi-derelict in Romney WV on the South Branch Valley RR, a former B&O branchline. |
