L Beckman General Marty - If I recall correctly (it's been a long time), this was a 3 unit articulated set of main line cars that the Rock downgraded to commuter service when no longer needed for main line trains. I don't think they remained in commuter service too long, but maybe someone else knows for sure. Notice that here they are matched up with some of the 1949 built Pullman built air conditioned cars.
