Ron Moraca General AWESOME PHOTO, MARTY!!!!!! DID ALL OF THESE OLD BN E9As SMOKE LIKE THIS???? 6/2/2011 2:38:52 AM
Wendell Hansen General No, 9918 was the worst smoker of the bunch! Several of them were quite clean. And that was not soot and moisture. It was blue engine oil smoke. Soot is black. I picked up my wife at the end of the line 5 or 6 evenings a week for years and saw all 25 of these bad boys. 9918 was always fun to watch leave the station towards Chicago. Super smelly, but fun. 10/20/2011 9:23:37 PM
